For as long as I can remember, I've had a dream to open my own bakery. When I was seven I began drawing pictures and writing recipes which I later used to help shape the vision for the bakery. Over the years, I've only become more passionate to bring this dream into reality.

 

I've been blessed with the opportunities to gain a wide range of experience through several incredible teachers and colleagues in the bakery industry. Each of those experiences have helped mold and shape me into the baker I am today. I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Portland, Oregon, where I learned how to fine-tune my skills by training under some of the best in the business.   

 

After school I started selling treats to several coffee shops, restaurants, and food carts. Two years later you can find our products in 50 locations and we are getting ready to launch into the sweetest part of my story. 

I believe every occasion is one worth celebrating, and sweet treats are some of the best ways to bring people together and put smiles on their faces. I've been blessed with a talent for creating delicious baked goods and I feel a calling to share these gifts with others.

I couldn't do this without the support of my family, friends, and of course, each of you! Thank you for supporting and believing in our story.
